CHAPMAN (Bragg—Deputy Premier, Attorney-General, Minister for Planning and Local Government) (14:41):</by>  I will say that Commissioner Vanstone has made a public statement today confirming the charges that have been referred to, and that obviously is a pending matter now for the proper court processes in relation to it. I note that there has been some media coverage already about it. Members would be aware from that that it's now under investigation, so I don't make any further comment.</text>
