I have seen the drafts of the review of the critical incident reporting process, including from the Allen report which was given to the former government years ago and they did nothing about it—and we have done just that.</text>

I have certainly given the task to my department to make sure that's done efficiently and quickly, as Mr Rice clearly indicated should be done. He pulled out the Allen report. He had indicated what had failed to be undertaken in relation to that report. He recommended again that it be done, and that is precisely what we are doing.</text>
