Mr PICTON House of Assembly Mr PICTON: On Friday night, a tow truck and the media both beat an ambulance to the scene of a car crash with a four-car pile-up at Burton. The ambulance took over an hour to dispatch. A recording from the MFS was revealed saying, 'We've got a casualty that's still in the car.
