She had got to the point of seeking the house's leave to provide further detail about her question and she was denied that opportunity—firstly, by the member for Stuart and, secondly, by your ruling. She did nothing more than any other member has done in providing a question to the house and seeking the leave of the house to provide further detail about that question.</text>
