      <text id="20210318f6e7997c29b94a92a0000892">The Legislative Council concurs with the resolution of the House of Assembly contained in message No. 103 for the appointment of a joint committee on the recommendations arising from the Equal Opportunity Commission's report into harassment in the parliament workplace and will be represented on the committee by four members, of whom three shall form the quorum necessary to be present at all sittings of the committee. Members of the joint committee to represent the Legislative Council will be the President, the Hon. J.S.L. Dawkins; the Hon. C. Bonaros; the Hon. I. Pnevmatikos; and the Treasurer, the Hon. R.I. Lucas.</text>
      <text id="20210318f6e7997c29b94a92a0000893">The Legislative Council informs the House of Assembly that it has passed the following resolution:</text>

        <inserted>That it be an instruction to the joint committee that the joint committee be authorised to disclose or publish, as it thinks fit, any evidence or documents presented to the joint committee prior to such evidence or documents being reported to the parliament.</inserted>

      <text continued="true" id="20210318f6e7997c29b94a92a0000895">The Legislative Council also informs the House of Assembly that it has resolved to suspend standing order 396 to enable strangers to be admitted when the joint committee is examining witnesses unless the joint committee otherwise resolves, but they shall be excluded when the joint committee is deliberating.</text>
