          <inserted>(b)&amp;#x9;Given the concerns raised by the Native Vegetation Council regarding the process of changing land tenure from a pastoral lease to conservation purposes, and the importance of conservation within the pastoral estate, will you consider providing a simple process within the new bill to provide approval for conservation as the dominant purpose of lease without having to change land tenure?</inserted>
