MULLIGHAN:</by>  The Friday before school was due to return across the state, an article appeared in the Adelaide <term>Advertiser </term>quoting sources from the primary industries department about changed arrangements for the transport of fruit across the state, in particular drawing attention to changed arrangements for school lunch boxes.</text>
