SANDERSON (Adelaide—Minister for Child Protection) (14:35): I thank the member for her question. As we have already discussed, we have accepted all six recommendations of the Rice review. The first two are regarding the identification of what is a significant incident and what should be included in the reporting process. The report found that the existing or the current reporting process is overly complex and ambiguous and that the staff weren't even aware that it existed. We will be fixing that and there will be oversight through the office of public sector employment— Members interjecting: The Speaker House of Assembly The SPEAKER: The member for Ramsay! The Hon. R.
