CHAPMAN (Bragg—Deputy Premier, Attorney-General, Minister for Planning and Local Government) (15:02): Not that I'm aware of, but I can make that inquiry of the police commissioner (the Coordinator) and/or the health minister because his department may have received any concern about that. Certainly, where I would expect to receive it, if it was a concern raised, would be by a proprietor of any of the premises in which someone might have been observed. Their staff might have observed somebody going along and taking a photograph. I have heard anecdotally of stories where people have gone to use the QR code and they have actually ended up taking photographs of the material and ended up with 500 pictures on their phone, this sort of thing, which is really just anecdotal. That's in relation to utilising the QR code, but to date I haven't had any specific cases brought to my attention. I haven't heard of any prosecutions of parties who have been either charged or found guilty of offences in this regard, but certainly I can make that inquiry with the commissioner and see whether that information can be made available.
