          <inserted>HomeStart is not able to provide accurate data on the number of interest-free loans (Starter Loans) that were applied for in 2019-20.</inserted>

          <inserted>An applicant's eligibility for a Starter Loan is assessed by HomeStart under the relevant criteria and then applied to reduce the total customer contribution required as opposed to an applicant specifically applying for the Starter Loan.</inserted>
