On behalf of the parliament's COVID-19 Response Management Committee, I thank SA Health for their advice and assistance. The public gallery is open, with a COVID-safe capacity of 23, as I understand it presently. Unfortunately, for the time being the Speaker's gallery continues to be occupied by members in order to ensure that the chamber can conduct its business in a socially distant and COVID-safe environment, and those matters continue to be actively considered by the committee, acting in accordance with the advice of SA Health.
