          <inserted>(b)&amp;#x9;Carport with roller door as minimum.</inserted>
        </text>

          <inserted>(c)&amp;#x9;Market driven gas provision.</inserted>

          <inserted>(d)&amp;#x9;Solar if orientation and roof size/design allow.</inserted>
