          <inserted>An evaluation was undertaken by HomeStart in January 2020. This analysis included tenants' age, creditworthiness, and ability to save a deposit.</inserted>

          <inserted>As SA Housing Authority and community housing providers do not collect this data from all tenants, for example, those households paying full market rent, it is not possible to accurately predict the number of social housing tenants that can afford an affordable or market value house.</inserted>
