          <inserted>The percentages quoted on the customer satisfaction survey(s) refers to questions based on the quality of the services performed by both contractors (i.e. compliance to call out requirements) as well as Department Facilities Services staff, and are available in the Department for Infrastructure and Transport Annual Report.</inserted>
