          <inserted>All future AGFMA proponents that progress through an expression of interest process will be required to submit a response to the Office of the Industry Advocate's Tailored Industry Participation Plan (TIPP) as part of their tender response. This response must detail how they will ensure that local labour and suppliers are engaged. This TIPP will be evaluated as part of the procurement process and will have oversight from The Office of the Industry Advocate throughout the life of the contract.</inserted>
