          <inserted>The National Radioactive Waste Management Act 2012 (Cth) will override the operation of both the Aboriginal Heritage Act 1988 (SA) and the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Heritage Protection Act 1984 (Cth) at any nuclear waste facility in South Australia.</inserted>

          <inserted>On 8 February 2017, a representative of the Commonwealth Department of Industry, Innovation and Science searched AAR's central archives to identify Aboriginal heritage that may have been near then proposed nuclear waste sites; at Pinkawillinie and Kimba (Moseley).</inserted>
