            <inserted>At 1 July 2020, former NRM board staff moved out of the department (to join new Landscape Board teams). This will result in an overall reduction in DEW communication and promotion FTE and expenses compared with previous years.</inserted>

The EB has been incorporated into the 2019-20 and 2020-21 costs. From 2021-22 onwards an estimated 1.5 per cent (DTF rate) has been applied to each of the out years as the EB increase is unknown for these years.</inserted>
