          <inserted>In consultation with employees and their representatives, including unions, Keolis Downer commenced an 'Expression of Interest' (EOI) process on 20 October 2020 to enable employees to register their interest up until 27 November 2020. Formal offers of employment are to commence after this process has been completed. As at 24 November 2020, 139 current train drivers and senior drivers had lodged an EOI with Keolis Downer. Following the completion of the EOI period, Keolis Downer advised that they had received an additional four EOIs from current train drivers.</inserted>
