          <inserted>Nyrstar and the Department for Energy and Mining developed the Targeted Lead Abatement Program (TLAP) review terms of reference as required by the TLAP Agreement, to which Nyrstar and the state are both parties, which was made in 2014. The review commenced on 26 May 2020 and extensive consultation was undertaken. The Mayor of Port Pirie, local state and federal members of parliament, and Port Pirie community members were all consulted during the review. The final report was received on 24 August 2020.</inserted>
