I thank the member for Waite for inquiring, and I thank him for continuing to take an interest in this matter. Yes, I had a meeting with the Commissioner for Consumer and Business Services, Mr Dini Soulio, only a week or so ago, and he confirmed to me that that is progressing.</text>
<text id="202011170f0268796d4f4e8fb0000460">Obviously, I am not privy to the circumstances and detail in relation to that tender process, but I am advised that there has been significant interest, and I take that to mean more than one, which was always the worry. I remember during the debate on this matter there were certain members who took the view that they would make statements about a certain operator in Queensland that has been contracted by the Queensland Labor government as being in some way unsuitable for the work to be done.</text>
<text id="202011170f0268796d4f4e8fb0000461">It seems that was a concern of hers during the debate, but nevertheless I understand that. Notwithstanding that, it hasn't seemed to put people off. They are lined up and we are expecting a resolution of that before Christmas, as previously advised.</text>
