          <by role="member" id="4841">Mr PICTON:</by>  This morning on ABC News Breakfast, health minister Stephen Wade said that 'investigations are underway into the hotel quarantine origins of the outbreak'. Earlier in question time, the Premier said it will be fully investigated. He also said that after this is over there will be time for a more fulsome investigation.</text>
