Mullighan be appointed to the Joint Parliamentary Service Committee in place of Mr Brown, whose services, I am sure, will be sorely missed by the committee, but he has resigned; and Mr Cowdrey OAM MP, be appointed to the committee in place of Mr Duluk as the alternate member to Mr Treloar.
