SANDERSON (Adelaide—Minister for Child Protection) (14:44):</by>  It's not a supplementary, but the fact that the residential care worker actually was given the phone, which is part of the policy, and noticed a password had been changed, which is also part of the protocols, shows that the policy was working. That's why they notified the police and now the offender is arrested.</text>
