          <inserted>Project commencement dates for measures included in the government's stimulus package will vary depending on the nature of the project. It is the case that some projects have already commenced and others will commence in the coming months as they move from the planning to implementation phase.</inserted>

          <inserted>It is intended that projects will support employment in the state. However the extent to which this is the case will vary depending on the nature of the project. There is no specified threshold.</inserted>
