GARDNER (Morialta—Minister for Education): I have been advised of the following: The project scope for Seaford Secondary College is as follows: a new performing arts facility between the senior school and community library providing improved street frontage and connectivity refurbishment of middle school learning areas, home economics and student amenities refurbishment of the senior school centre including improved outdoor connections to a new study courtyard demolition of ageing infrastructure. The Department of Planning, Transport and Infrastructure (DPTI) has advised that this project has just been out to tender, with a closing date of 16 June 2020. DPTI has further advised that construction is estimated to commence by the end of August 2020 and be completed (including practical completion) by the end of August 2021.
