          <inserted>As at 3 June 2020, 16,661 payments of $500 had been made to eligible Cost of Living Concession (COLC) recipients, totalling $8,330,500. The approved payments included:</inserted>

            <inserted>11,775 customers who received the 2019-20 COLC, totalling $5,887,500.</inserted>
          </item>
        </text>

            <inserted>4,886 customers newly eligible for the COLC, totalling $2,443,000.</inserted>
          </item>
        </text>

          <inserted>1,706 applications were in the process of assessment to determine eligibility.</inserted>
