CHAPMAN (Bragg—Deputy Premier, Attorney-General) (14:20):</by>  Can I just indicate that, in addition to the two matters of inquiry that are being undertaken—that is, the police major crime inquiry and the proposed Coroner's inquiry—there is a third, and that is an inquiry commissioned by the National Disability Insurance Agency for the judicial officer to undertake an assessment as to the review of the commonwealth service provided, and in this instance, as is well known, was a service that was current at the time of the death of Ms Smith.</text>

CHAPMAN:</by>  Any matters in relation to Integrity Care and its operations, which had been commissioned by the previous government and were still providing a service for a short term under this government and have been transferred in a contractual arrangement with the NDIA, they are responsible in relation to their employees to ensure what's to occur.</text>
        <text id="202006037b5b914dd6f147e9b0000453">What has occurred is that we have, as a state, undertaken to assist the commonwealth agencies in relation to their inquiry, which also relates to this matter. I don't propose to get any extra detail in relation to that because that would be quite improper, but in relation to Integrity Care it provides a service to the NDIA. It's under scrutiny, and we as a state—</text>
