Did the government have a duty of care under the bilateral agreement signed by the Premier on 29 June 2018 to ensure that non-government service providers were adequately equipped to accept people like Ann Marie Smith into its care under the NDIS transition? I am sure that, if she is happy to provide that question, we can get a fulsome answer for her. As we have already said—and I don't want to go into this case in too much detail—Ann Marie Smith was a client here in South Australia under Disability SA. She transitioned to the NDIA, my understanding is, in late 2018. That's my understanding, but if the member is happy to provide her question then we will be happy to follow it up.
