The Speaker House of Assembly Coronavirus Restrictions The SPEAKER (14:46): I believe I was advised that the bill was ready to be signed on the Tuesday and I presented the bill as part of my regular appointment with the Governor on the Wednesday morning. I will go back and check those exact dates, but that's why it was signed when it was and presented when it was.
