            <inserted>$87.5 million to upgrade the Sturt Highway from Renmark to Gawler;</inserted>

            <inserted>$62.5 million to upgrade the Barrier Highway from Cockburn to Burra;</inserted>
          </item>

            <inserted>$92 million Victor Harbor Road Duplication; and</inserted>
          </item>
        </text>
