I would like members to note that the two notices of motion given by the Attorney-General just prior to the resumption of the Address in Reply were out of order, unfortunately, as they contravene standing order 93, that is:</text>

          <inserted>No notice of motion may be received after the House has proceeded to the business of the day as set down on the Notice Paper.</inserted>

        <text continued="true" id="202002189a766e44b41d40f790000724">Notice can be given of these in routine business tomorrow; however, I wanted to clear up any confusion that may occur due to their not appearing on the <term>Notice Paper</term> for tomorrow. No doubt the Attorney-General will give notice at the appropriate time.</text>
