I made it very clear when I became aware of the behaviour that occurred on Friday 13 December here at Parliament House that it was completely and utterly unacceptable. On Friday, I learnt new information in the early afternoon on top of the fact that it was then clear that there was a police investigation. This led me to the conclusion that Mr Duluk's continuation in the Liberal party room was untenable and I conveyed that to him. He accepted that position.</text>
