Patient Assistance Transport Scheme
Mr HUGHES (Giles): Presented a petition signed by 62 residents of South Australia requesting the house to urge the government to revise and increase the fuel subsidy component of the Patient Assistance Transport Scheme (PATS) from 16ยข per kilometre travelled in a private vehicle to a more reasonable rate that reflects the increase in fuel costs.
