MARSHALL (Dunstan—Premier) (14:50): No, I don't think it is, and this is why we have called out the behaviour which has been reported as being completely and utterly unacceptable. I do note again for the record that the member for Waite also found his behaviour on that evening unacceptable and has issued a direct apology and a broader apology; and now, of course, as we all are more than aware, there is an investigation which is currently underway. This process was put in place last year. My understanding is that it hasn't got too much longer to run and, once that information is known, we will have a much clearer picture of precisely what occurred on that evening.
