MARSHALL (Dunstan—Premier) (14:49): I'm not aware of that but, as most people in this place would know, Silver Chain, and I think a subsidiary, RDNS, has had a longstanding relationship with the South Australian government. There is one that I am aware of which is the SA Community Care Program for non-government organisations, which included Silver Chain in May 2018. My understanding and my advice is that Dr McGowan had no involvement in the negotiation or the procurement of this contract.
