          <inserted>That standing orders be and remain so far suspended as to enable the following procedure in relation to the Gambling Administration Bill and the Statutes Amendment (Gambling Regulation) Bill—</inserted>

          <inserted>(a)&amp;#x9;one second reading debate to be undertaken regarding the two bills;</inserted>
        </text>

          <inserted>(b)&amp;#x9;separate questions to be put on each bill at the conclusion of that debate;</inserted>

          <inserted>(c)&amp;#x9;the bills to be considered in one Committee of the Whole House;</inserted>
