          <inserted>The draft code proposes a deemed-to-satisfy minimum allotment size of 2000 square metres for detached dwellings in the rural living areas of Stirling and Crafers. As addressed previously, the legislation does not enable me, and nor is it appropriate for me to pre-empt the outcomes of the consultation process and the advice of the State Planning Commission.</inserted>
