In fact, I can hardly go anywhere near his electorate.</text>

MARSHALL:</by>  In fact, I feel quite inadequate because people talk about him as an extraordinary member of parliament, somebody who is very, very in tune with the electorate and all the things which are fantastic about his electorate. He is doing a very good job in his portfolio and as the cabinet secretary, so it is a big gold star for the Minister for Environment and Water as far as I'm concerned.</text>
