          <inserted>1.&amp;#x9;SA Health policy allows executives to request a car park. The cost of the car park is to be met by the executive, (pre-tax dollars) through an adjustment to their schedule 2.</inserted>

          <inserted>15 DHW executives are provided with a car park as part of the executive contract, with those parameters outlined above. </inserted>
