          <inserted>3.&amp;#x9;The presiding members panel was established as a committee of the Country Health SA Local Health Network Governing Council to bring community representatives together to provide advice to the governing council. </inserted>

          <inserted>From 1 July 2019 the governing council has been reconstituted and will continue in a revised role as the Country Health Gift Fund Health Advisory Council.</inserted>
        </text>

          <inserted>Each of the governing boards of the regional local health networks will be working with their local health advisory councils as part of their community engagement strategies.</inserted>
