          <inserted>All asbestos removal is undertaken by licensed contractors and in accordance with all statutory requirements. </inserted>

          <inserted>In refurbishing the heritage buildings and completing all demolition activities across the precinct, Renewal SA and its contractors comply with all regulations and guidelines to ensure buildings are fit for occupancy. Renewal SA is working closely with the current demolition contractors, McMahon Services Australia and Royal Park Salvage, and licenced asbestos assessor, Greencap, to ensure that all known asbestos is removed from the heritage buildings. Clearance certificates and air monitoring reports are provided by Greencap. Greencap will continue to maintain a hazardous materials register throughout the construction and demolition works and have also provided guidance regarding safe future construction and demolition activities. There is no exposure to asbestos to everyday occupants.</inserted>
