What processes were in place in 2012 allowing destruction by SAPOL of the suitcase belonging to the late Dr George Duncan, who drowned after being thrown into the River Torrens on 10 May 1972? Can you assure the house those processes were followed, and what procedures are going to be put in place to prevent future destruction of significant documents held by police under Coroner's orders?</text>
