          <inserted>1.&amp;#x9;The $8.4 million for industry related programs and functions which transferred from the Department for Innovation and Skills, relates to:</inserted>

            <inserted>The planned cessation of time limited programs established under the former government ($7.3 million), including Our Jobs Plan ($3.8 million), Digital Shipyard ($1 million), industry support ($1 million), Centre for Business Growth ($700 000), NDIS Coordinator-General ($300 000), Strategic Industry Development ($300 000) and Emerging Technology Interest Group ($200 000), and $1.1 million reduction in efficiencies made up of the cessation of minor programs.</inserted>

          <inserted>2.&amp;#x9;The reduction in the net cost of services for the Department for Trade, Tourism and Investment between the 2018-19 estimated result and the 2019-20 budget of $26.8 million relates to the following programs and operations of the department:</inserted>

            <inserted>$13.4 million for lower contractual commitments in 2019-20 compared to 2018-19 for the Economic Investment Fund, which is closed to new commitments.</inserted>
          </item>
        </text>

          <item sublevel="1" bullet="true">
            <inserted>$8.4 million for industry related programs and functions which transferred from the Department for Innovation and Skills.</inserted>

        </text>

            <inserted>$2.1 million for a reduction in the forward commitments of the Health Industries Fund, which is closed to new commitments.</inserted>
          </item>

            <inserted>$1.1 million relating to the planned cessation of the Office of the State Coordinator-General on 31 December 2019, a time limited program of the former government.</inserted>
          </item>

          <item sublevel="1" bullet="true">
            <inserted>$500 000 relating to grant funds carried forward from 2017-18 to 2018-19 for the South Australian Export Accelerator grant program.</inserted>
          </item>

          <item sublevel="1" bullet="true">
            <inserted>$400 000 relating to the planned cessation of the Destination Adelaide program on 30 June 2019, a time limited program of the former government.</inserted>
          </item>

            <inserted>$150 000 for a reduction in the forward commitments for the International Research Co-operative Shandong project; and</inserted>
          </item>
        </text>

            <inserted>$2.6 million in general efficiencies.</inserted>
          </item>

          <inserted>This is partially offset by the expansion of new trade and investment offices in global markets ($1.8 million).</inserted>
