          <inserted>1.&amp;#x9;The $30 million lease payment for state car park spaces was listed in the 2018-2019 budget papers as it was previously budgeted in 2017-2018. </inserted>

          <inserted>2.&amp;#x9;The $30 million lease payment was reprofiled to 2020-2021, to align with the forecast completion date of the car park. Therefore, the $30 million does not appear in the 2019-2020 budget papers. </inserted>
