          <inserted>As the Minister for Human Services, I am the trustee for the Home for Incurables Trust. As trustee, it is my legal obligation to ensure that trust property is applied towards the purposes of the trust. This includes a responsibility to ensure that all land and property subject to the trust is managed in the best interests of the trust. Any proceeds arising from the sale of land or property is to be used for the purposes of the trust.</inserted>
