MARSHALL (Dunstan—Premier) (14:43):</by>  I have only been informed about it in the last hour or so and my understanding is that it came as part of routine testing that was taking place at the hospital. There was an outage for approximately four minutes, and the hospital was quite aware that this routine monthly testing was underway and that there were no adverse patient outcomes from this failure.</text>
