          <inserted>The maximum entitlement under the Public Service (Recreation Leave) Loading Award affects those employees who currently earn above $65,527 per annum and affects either directly or indirectly (through flow-on provisions in other industrial awards or enterprise agreements) approximately 40,148 public sector employees.</inserted>

          <inserted>Those employees who earn less than $65,527 per annum receive the full maximum entitlement under the award and are therefore not affected by the cap in the award.</inserted>
