          <inserted>The appeal is about whether the South Australian Employment Tribunal has jurisdiction under section 100 of the Fair Work Act 1994 to adjust the maximum amount of leave loading payable under the Public Service (Recreation Leave Loading) Award.  The appeal is not directly concerned with the amount of the adjustment. The adjustment to the maximum amount of leave loading payable is $30.87.</inserted>
