          <inserted>Over the period from 2020-21 to 2022-23, conveyance duty revenue is forecast to grow by around 7 per cent per annum on a policy neutral basis, reflecting expected growth in the number and price of residential and primary production property transfers.</inserted>

          <inserted>Approximately half of the forecast conveyance duty revenue growth is due to expected growth in transactions, with the remaining growth in revenue reflecting projected growth in prices.</inserted>
