MARSHALL:</by>  I don't have that level of detail with me in the house, but let's be quite clear: we want to attract investment from interstate and overseas into South Australia. This is something that we want. This is something that those opposite failed to deliver over a long period of time. This is one of the reasons why we had this massive handbrake on the South Australian economy—because those opposite did virtually every single solitary thing that they could over a 16-year period to make this a less attractive place to invest.</text>
        <text id="201909109f48f5920867491ca0000799">By comparison, we believe Adelaide is one of the greatest cities in the world. Our regions are second to none. We have great ambition for our state, and we are going to do everything we can to make it a more attractive place to invest. We want more investors—</text>
